Hoboken is always changing. How
would you describe the current
nightlife scene?
People want local and house made
dishes along with craft beer and craft
cocktails these days. A big difference
from 5 years ago.
Is it difficult to keep changing with
the times and offering new concepts?
Our staff and management team is very dialed in to what’s
popular and trending. We try to stay ahead of the curve
and offer things that are original and our own ideas. When
we introduce new concepts, we do it right and know how
to deliver. Our Football Sundays are a prime example and
they have evolved over the last few years, always getting
better and better. Copycats don’t last long in the nightlife
scene.
One of those new concepts are your unique cocktails. Tell
me about your over sized Mega Mules.
We took one of the most popular “trendy” drinks out there
and put it on steroids. Our Mega Mule is 96oz of your
favorite flavored mule served in a giant copper mug. It will
definitely make it onto your social media… trust me.
You also serve volcano like cocktails that spill over with
dry ice smoke. They don’t look easy to make.
Having a well trained and enthusiastic staff makes this
simple.
Who’s the person behind all these creative cocktail ideas?
We come up with almost all of our ideas as a team – from
our servers and bartenders to DJ’s and security staff. Win
as a team. Lose as a team.
How would you describe the ambience at Wicked Wolf?
Wicked Wolf has a homey, comfortable
feel. We are a laid back gastro pub. We
play current top 40 music and always have
sports on our TV’s. Our brand new 10 ft.
LED wall makes viewing easy.
Any new cocktail ideas that we’ve yet to
see ….or try?
There is always something brewing here
and it’s not coffee.
